General
All sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are subject to a $5.00 rescheduling fee. This may be done through your My Account on Store - Winterplace. Lessons can only be rescheduled up until 4:00PM the day before your visit. Tickets may not be rescheduled for a visit date that has already passed.
Remember, you are responsible for your possessions while you are visiting our resort. Refrain from using personal belongings to "hold/reserve" tables. Winterplace is not responsible for any lost/stolen items. Lockers and cubbies are provided to store items while on the slopes and, of course, you can use your vehicle for storage.
Winterplace usually opens around early December and closes around mid-March. Opening and closing dates vary based on weather conditions. Please check the snow report for current conditions and hours.

Currently we do not allow snow scooters or snow bikes. If any policies should change we can let the guest know.
Lessons
Group lessons are limited to reservations only. Pre-purchase your lessons online to ensure availability. Cutoffs for lesson reservations are 4:00PM the day before. The same goes for rescheduling any and all lessons. Reschedule by 4PM the day before.
Lift Tickets
Advanced online ticket purchases are highly recommended. Pre-purchase online to ensure availability.
Pre-purchased tickets may be picked up at front ticketing windows. Rental shop ticketing stations are limited to those picking up lift and rental equipment packages.
Purchasing a lift ticket ahead of time ensures availability. Advance tickets are also subject to discounts. Same day tickets can be purchased in person or online at the full price walk-up rate.
Guests may print out or screenshot their order confirmation including the barcode.

Lifts
Lifts are for skiiers and boarders only.
In order to decrease wait times, we want to fill every seat. Single riders are encouraged to fill in empty seats.
Lodging
All slopeside lodging is privately owned and could be found on AirBnb or Vrbo.
Groups looking for the basics, look no further than the Cabins at Winterplace. The cabins can accommodate up to 15 people, these on-site bunk bed cabins allow your group to stay at the resort. Each night's stay includes breakfast at Mountain Mama's Cafe the following morning. Meal vouchers for lunch and dinner are available.
Rental Info
Rental shop ticketing stations are for guests picking up lift and rental equipment packages. Head to a cashier in the rental shop to pick up all lift tickets and rentals, no need to wait in two lines.
If you are taking a lesson, please arrive 2 hours before your lesson time to pick up your rental equipment. For private lessons inquiries, proceed to the info desk.
If renting equipment online, rental forms can be printed and completed prior to arrival to expedite the rental process.
Equipment rentals are available online or in person with the purchase of a lift ticket. Sizes and availability are based on a first come first serve basis.
Restaurants:
Mountain Mama's cafe in the main resort is open during regular slope hours.
Snowdrift Lounge (21+) is open Thursday - Monday at 10:00AM and Friday - Sunday at 9:00AM.
The Mountain House Food Court is open during tubing hours.

Yes, Winterplace has food offerings for people with peanut, tree nut, and gluten allergies. Nut-free and gluten-free options include chili, BBQ (no bun), grilled chicken breast (no bun), hot dog (no bun), deli sandwich (no bun), salad (garden and grilled chicken), and eggs and bacon (breakfast).
*Winterplace burgers contain gluten, and brownies contain nuts.
