Something exciting is happening at Winterplace Ski Resort! It's our Five Week Ski Program. Over the past 15 seasons, thousands have learned to ski in a safe and fun environment--at a very low cost.

Our Five Week Ski Program is designed specifically for students from the elementary to the high school level. This program is geared toward creating a socially interactive and safe learning environment. Not only will your students learn about participating in a healthy outdoor activity, they will also learn the importance of meeting challenges, responsibility, setting and achieving goals. This program helps to build individual confidence and positive group interaction.

This is how it works. The program includes five skiing sessions. Each session will begin with a 90 minute ski lesson by one of our ski school professionals. Winterplace is a member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America and we use the American Teaching System. This is a proven teaching method that we guarantee will teach you how to ski safely. Learning to ski at Winterplace is fun and exciting! We have a dedicated teaching area where you will learn and practice the basics. This area is used exclusively for beginners. After everyone is comfortable on their skis, we move on to one of our beginner trails which are gently sloping and easily accessible.

The Five Week Ski Program includes a lift ticket, ski rental equipment and a 90 minute ski lesson for all five sessions. On an individual basis, this would normally cost $475.00. But we are proud to offer a special rate of $97.00 per person!

One fully-funded Five Week Ski Scholarship is awarded free to one person for every 15 skiers. This scholarship covers the entire Five Week Ski Program for one person. This scholarship includes the group lesson, lift ticket, and ski rental equipment for all five sessions of this program. You can award this scholarship to a person as an award or an incentive. So, for every fifteen paying skiers, your group will receive one scholarship. If you have 30 paying skiers, you will receive two scholarships, and if you have 45 paying skiers, you will receive 3 scholarships, etc.
